1. Information only

The register summarises public ASIC notices for general information. It is not legal, financial or insolvency advice and it is not a credit report. Before acting — lodging a claim, refusing credit, starting proceedings — read the original notice and, where appropriate, get advice from a lawyer or registered liquidator.

2. Accuracy

Notices can contain errors, and our classification (for example, the stage we show for a company) is an automated reading of the most recent notice. We take care but give no warranty that the information is complete, current or correct. ASIC's own records prevail.

3. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

4. Re-use

Underlying ASIC material is available under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia (CC BY 3.0 AU). Our compilation, texts and design may not be copied wholesale or scraped automatically; quoting individual entries with a link back is welcome.

5. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. The terms are governed by Spanish law, without limiting any mandatory protections of your country of residence.
