About this register

Insolvency Notices AU is an independent, free register of Australian companies that have entered external administration — liquidation, voluntary administration, small business restructuring, a deed of company arrangement — or that face a winding-up application in court.

Why it exists

ASIC's notices website is the official place where practitioners advertise, but its public feed shows a single day at a time and its search sits behind a bot challenge. Credit controllers, suppliers, landlords and journalists need something simpler: a list they can scan in a minute, and a stable page per company that keeps the whole notice trail together.

How it is built

Three times a day we read ASIC's public notices feed, keep only notices about companies (identified by an ACN), classify them by appointment type and merge them by ACN. Where available, we add the company's main business location from ABN Lookup. Company pages stay online after they leave the live window, so links keep working.
